5 most commonly used things in South Korea/Japan not commonly used in US.

In my opinion, of course:
1. Beer in a vending machine (Japan)

2. Bidet (both)

3."Smart home" functions in Korean apartments, such as ability to call elevator from inside your apartment, open door from the kitchen or living room, etc.(both).

4. Iced coffee that you buy a cup filled with ice and just pour over the ice. They have a ton of different flavors. Additionally, there is cold coffee everywhere (Korea)

5. Buzzers at tables in restaurants so that you don't have to flag down waiters (Korea)
